Had this swivel recliner for a few months now and am extremely pleased with everything. The materials and workmanship are first class and the controls work great and are convenient. It’s a larger piece so is perfect for a taller person like myself. Excellent value for money too. Highly recommended!

I recently ordered a row of 4 Verona movie chairs from Valencia for our small movie room. The order was shipped quickly and setup was easy. They took me and my son 20 minutes to unbox and setup all 4. One of the seats had an issue and, after contacting customer service with photos and videos, I received a call the next day. 24 hours later Valencia approved a replacement seat and it was shipped out quickly as well. The whole family loves the movie room and the seats have exceeded our expectations in every way.

Ordered two Valencia theater recliners a few months ago. I was remodeling my condo and changed out some furniture. Couldn't be happier with the purchase. The shipping was smooth, the installation was fairly straight forward and quality is impeccable. Beautiful leather and very comfortable in all positions. Had a Super Bowl party a couple of weeks ago and you should have seen the maneuvering of some of the guests as to who was going to sit in the chairs. Have to say they go quite well with the 85" TV. Match made in heaven...ha ha.

We purchased the Oslo Luxury set for our new home theater. We are excited about this purchase. The seats are comfortable, the leather is buttery smooth. The firmness of the seats are perfect, and we enjoy hours of movies on our new set. Customer service is impeccable. We called on a Sunday morning hoping to get a call back during regular business hours and was surprised to receive a call back on a Sunday and have our questions answered. That was top notch customer service! I wish we remembered the reps name, but thanks so much team Valencia! The whole experience was easy from ordering our sets, to on-time delivery.

I was looking for a loveseat for my small apartment and decided to go in a different direction. I ended up purchasing the Valencia seating Syracuse model and it was exactly what I envision. What a great complement to any room; very comfortable, arrived at the destination hub ahead of schedule and delivered in a very timely manner. I would absolutely make this purchase again. Strongly recommended to anyone on the market for theater seating.

I love my new couch. It is very comfortable and feels very high end. The color really pulls my room together. The reclining feature is the icing on the cake and the ability to charge my phone with the included USB-C port makes it VERY difficult to get up. Thank you Valencia Theater seating! I’m banking on this couch lasting a long time but if I ever need to shop for another one…this is where I’d go!

I couldn’t be happier with my sofa. The quality is exceptional, the leather is beautiful, and the color is exactly what I was hoping for. It looks and feels well worth the investment. One piece was missing from the original delivery, but customer service was fantastic. They immediately worked to locate it and coordinated a second delivery without making me feel like I was on my own. Mistakes happen, but how a company handles them says a lot, and I really appreciated how quickly and thoughtfully they stepped in to help - especially since this was my first purchase from them. I’ll admit I debated the price more than once and was a little nervous ordering from a company I hadn’t used before, but I’m so glad I did. The sofa is absolutely gorgeous, and I’m very happy with the entire experience.

I absolutely love my Valencia couch! It is the perfect fit for my bedroom. The low-profile back gives it a sleek, modern look, but it fully reclines to support my head comfortably. The footrest extends far enough that my feet don’t hang off, which is a huge plus since I’m tall. It’s one of the most comfortable reclining couches I’ve owned. The dark olive green color is absolutely gorgeous and adds the perfect rich, sophisticated touch to my modern traditional bedroom. It’s stylish, comfortable, and functional all at the same time. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase and would highly recommend it!
